As the Chief Marketing Officer at AIA Hong Kong and Macau (AIA HK), Knattapisit Krutkrongchai is responsible for the overall management in respect of Marketing, Products, Business Strategy, Digital Strategy, Brand and Communications for the AIA Vitality business which enables the customer strategy to achieve business and profitability goals.
Since joining AIA HK in Aug 2012, together with a strong local team, he has played a key role in transforming AIA HK to become a marketing-oriented, customer-centric life insurance company, consistently delivering excellent growth and business performance and winning several prestigious industry awards and accolades.
Originally from Thailand, he has been based in Hong Kong for the past 15 years. He has more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance and consumer finance industries across Asia with senior roles in both regional and local businesses.
His expertise includes marketing, business development, business strategy, P&L management, customer relationship management, product development, project management, and merger and acquisition.
On a voluntary basis, he also serves as a Director of Hong Kong – Thailand Business Council and is active in the long distance and trail running community.
